p333 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies referenced herein.

By accessing the p333 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all supplementary documents incorporated herein by reference, including the p333 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and p333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written. No employee, agent, or representative of p333 has authority to vary these Terms orally or informally.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation in any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register an Account and use the p333 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p333 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or maintain an Account. Identity and age verification documents will be requested during the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register an Account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory in which use of online gambling services is expressly illegal under applicable national law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, whether imposed through p333's own Responsible Gaming tools or through any external gambling exclusion scheme.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended Account on the p333 Platform. Each user is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full contractual capacity are not eligible.

When registering an Account on p333, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. p333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You must provide a valid email address, mobile number, full legal name as it appears on your national identity documentation, date of birth, and a secure password. p333 may at any time request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified p333 of a security breach.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Where p333 identifies that a user holds multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method only, subject to identity verification.

p333 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to provide within a reasonable timeframe any documents requested by p333 for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, source of funds verification, or anti-money-laundering compliance. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the p333 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p333 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are credited to your p333 Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two banking hours to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. p333 does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which p333 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by p333 as quickly as possible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within three minutes of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfers are typically processed within one banking hour. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal and may be subject to additional review at p333's discretion in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the Account, or a verified method in the same name as the Account holder.
• p333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• p333 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security or fraud checks. Users will be notified of any such delay.

The following rules apply to all sports bets and casino wagers placed on the p333 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published on the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

A Wager is not valid and shall not constitute a binding bet until you have received confirmation from the p333 system that the bet has been accepted and a reference number has been issued. p333 reserves the right to decline any Wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons, including but not limited to situations where the Platform suspects the use of automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies, or exploitative behaviour.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a Wager. p333 may adjust stake limits at any time and may impose individual account-level limits at its discretion, particularly where patterns of professional or syndicate betting are identified.

In the event that a Wager is accepted at an odds price that is clearly erroneous — including prices resulting from a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest clerical error — p333 reserves the right to void such Wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance. The determination of what constitutes an obvious error rests with p333, acting reasonably.

Where a sports event is abandoned before its natural conclusion, p333 will apply the relevant rules applicable to that sport and market, as published in the Platform's sports rules documentation. In general, where fewer than the required number of periods, overs, or sets have been completed, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned. PSL-specific rules apply to all Pakistan Super League markets.

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. In-play markets may be suspended at any time and for any duration, including during periods of high volatility or pending verification of event data. p333 shall not be liable for any missed in-play betting opportunity arising from a market suspension.

p333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and PSL special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Users must meet the full wagering requirement using real-money funds or a combination of real-money and Bonus Funds as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

p333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform, or using automated systems to exploit promotional mechanics.

Bonus Funds and any associated free spins carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not utilised within the expiry period will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting a person under 21 to access or use the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with p333.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the p333 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner not expressly approved by p333.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of non-public information in connection with any sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a way that provides an unintended financial advantage, and failing to report such errors to p333 immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p333 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after the deposited funds have been utilised on the Platform.

All content on the p333 Platform, including but not limited to the p333 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of p333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of p333.

Any unauthorised use of p333's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

p333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p333 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, personalise your experience on the Platform, and communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications.

p333 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. For the full details of how p333 handles your personal data, please review the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if p333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

p333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. The Platform may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside p333's control. p333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the Platform. p333 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account.

Where p333's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, p333's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an Account at any time. You may close your Account by contacting p333's support team via live chat or email. p333 will process all pending withdrawal requests and return your verified real-money balance to your nominated payment method following Account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

p333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a risk of fraud or money laundering, or where Account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination of your Account by either party: (a) your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked; (b) any accrued Bonus Funds and free spins are forfeited; (c) any verified real-money balance will be returned to you subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 5; and (d) any winnings generated through fraudulent or prohibited conduct may be voided.

Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time via the Account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion on p333 is immediate upon confirmation. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which p333 holds its operating licence from an internationally recognised gaming authority. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute between you and p333 that cannot be resolved through p333's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with p333's gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from the p333 support team.

p333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p333 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notification on the Platform or by sending a message to the email address registered on your Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the p333 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect. Any bets or wagers placed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time the Wager was accepted.
